Train Services
Train Services is a specialist division of KBH that works with our train operating company partners to help to maintain excellent standards of train presentation and passenger communication. We provide print and installation services to ensure messages are up-to-date and on-brand, with our skilled team installing frames, vinyls and posters to adaptable lead times and with a quick turnaround if required. From 2023 we will also be providing services to support TOC SQR requirements, leveraging our team’s extensive rail environment experience.
Over the past 10 years, we’ve installed more than 65,000 frames inside more than 8,000 train carriages, generating, through advertising, a significant revenue stream for train operating companies. We provide and fit robust and tamper-proof frames to both new and existing rolling stock, ready to display Traincard panels.
Our all-encompassing service includes the production, print and installation of vinyls and cards suitable for network maps, safety notices and any other messaging that our TOC partners may require. We are happy to work on minor one-off updates or complete rebranding of entire fleets. Layouts, guides and stock references can also be produced on request.
Traincards help TOCs convey messages to their customers by taking advantage of media space inside their own fleet. This can be utilised to announce specific short-term events like timetable changes, or as part of a long-term branding strategy.
